Adding USB Device to Exclusion List

USB Redirector has the special Exclusion List that does not allow operating with USB devices that are presented in it. USB devices can be added to the Exclusion List.

Adding USB Devices available for sharing!

If you do not wish to share chosen USB device in the Manual or Auto-sharing mode you can add this device to the Exclusion List. To add chosen USB device to the Exclusion List you need to click Add Exclusion USB Device button on Toolbar or choose Exclusion List->Add USB Device to Exclusion List.

Available USB Device

If the process of adding device to the exclusion list finishes successfully, you will see this icon Available USB Device near USB device.

Available USB Device

Adding USB device to the Exclusion List suits you if you work in the auto-sharing mode. E.g. you add USB Keyboard and USB Mouse to the Exclusion List and switch USB Redirector to the auto-sharing mode. Now you can be sure that someone will not share your USB Keyboard and USB Mouse accidentally. Also these devices will not be shared automatically while connection!

Important! If you are working in the auto-sharing mode and you want to stop sharing chosen USB device, then this device will be added to the Exclusion List automatically.
Important! If USB device is in Exclusion List then the button Share USB Device on ToolBar and menu Sharing->Share USB Device are not accessible at this moment.
