If USB device was added to the Exclusion List it can not be shared (if it was added from the list of USB devices available for sharing) or connected (if it was added from the list of USB devices available for connecting). To lift these restrictions you have to remove added USB device from the Exclusion List. For that choose added to the Exclusion List USB device and click button on Toolbar or choose
