USB Device Sharing

To share USB device you need to choose this device from the list of USB devices on your computer and click Share USB Device button on Toolbar or choose Sharing->Share USB Device.

After that USB Redirector will try to share USB device automatically. It can take a few seconds and depends on the device model, its occupation by the system.

If USB Redirector can not share USB device automatically you will see the appropriate warning message. It happens rather seldom and as a rule at the moment when USB device is occupied by Operating System. To finish USB device sharing process you need to unplug device from the computer physically and plug it in once again. If sharing process finishes successfully you will see this icon Share USB Device near USB device.

Important! You can not share USB devices that are already shared as well as the devices that are added to the Exclusion List. For detailed information please see Adding USB Device to Exclusion List help section.

As soon as your USB device becomes shared remote users can connect this device on their computers.
