Adding USB Servers

To connect shared USB devices from the remote computer you need to add this remote computer to your configuration. To add remote computer you need to click Add USB Server button on Toolbar or choose Connect->Add USB Servers. After that you will see the window where you can add USB Server.

You need to enter remote computer's host name or its IP address. Also you need to specify TCP port on which you will connect to the remote computer.

Important! Specified TCP port has to be the same as TCP port specified in the USB Redirector network settings on the remote computer. For detailed information please see Changes of USB Redirector Network Settings help section.

All added computers are reflected in the In the second tab "Remote USB Device available for Connect". Also USB devices are reflected in tree-type structure in this window.

If your USB Redirector connected to the remote computer successfully, you will see this icon USB Server just opposite this computer's name.

But you can see another icon Offline USB Server that shows that connection failed. It can happen in the following cases:

The reason of failed connect to the Server you can find in the USB Server Properties window. Also you need to verify whether you've entered properly:

If connection was successful you will see the list of USB devices that are shared on the remote computer at the moment. If the list of USB devices is not shown that means that NO USB device is shared on the remote computer.
