CallBack Connection Feature

Conection of USB Devices that are placed over NAT in a local network

This new unique USB Redirector feature allows you to connect remote USB devices placed over NAT in a local network. To connect such USB Devices, you need to take two simple steps:

FIRST STEP must be taken on the computer that is placed over NAT in a local network and USB Devices are physically plugged into this computer. So, on this computer you just need to add remote USB Server (the computer where you are going to establish CallBack connection).
You need to press Add USB Server button or select menu Connect ->Add USB Server.

SECOND STEP must be taken on the computer that will connect remote USB Devices.

Important! This computer must have direct IP address

To establish CallBack connection you need to select menu Connect->Add CallBack USB Server.

In the appeared window you need to select computer that is connected to your computer at the moment to establish CallBack Connection.

Select Callback USB Server

In the Edit field you will see IP address of this computer. Please press OK to finish CallBack connection establishment. When CallBack connection will be established you could connect shared USB Devices of remote computer.

Example Callback USB Server

CallBack Connection becomes active at the moment when remote computer connects to yours. I.e. it is connection initializer. So, it allows you to connect its shared USB Devices.In this case Server and Client switch places!

Important! Please use this USB Redirector feature only in URGENT cases! I.e. shared USB Devices are placed over NAT in a local network!
