Edit allows to change properties of the selected item:

Sharing menu item allows to manage sharing process.

Sharing USB Device - if it is active, you can share USB device chosen in the Window 1. For detailed information please see USB Device Sharing help section.
Stop USB Device - if it is active, you can stop sharing USB device chosen in the Window 1. For detailed information please see Stop USB Device Sharing help section.
Auto-sharing mode defines USB device sharing mode. For detailed information please see Auto Sharing USB Device help section.

Connect allows to manage the process of remote computers and remote USB devices connection.

Add USB Server allows to connect to the remote computer to connect its shared USB devices. For detailed information please see Adding USB Servers help section.
Remove USB Server allows to break the connection with the remote computer. From now you can't connect shared USB devices from the remote computer. For detailed information please see Removing USB Servers help section.
Add CallBack USB Server allows you to connect remote USB devices placed over NAT in a local network. For detailed information please see CallBack Connection Feature help section.
Connect USB Device allows to connect remote USB device to your computer. For detailed information please see Connection Remote USB Devices help section.
Disconnect USB Device allows to disconnect remote USB device from your computer. For detailed information please see Disconnection Remote USB Devices help section.

Exclusion List is intended for adding/removing USB devices to/from the exclusion list.

Add USB Device to Exclusion List allows to add chosen USB device to the exclusion list. For detailed information please see Adding USB Device to Exclusion List help section.
Remove USB Device from Exclusion List allows to remove added USB device from the exclusion list. For detailed information please see Removing USB Device from Exclusion List help section.

Settings allows to change USB Redirector settings on your computer.

Choosing Local Server menu item you can change USB Redirector network settings for accepting network connections of remote computers. For detailed information please see Changes of USB Redirector Network Settings help section.
Warning allows to configure USB Redirector to show warnings in specified cases during working with remote USB devices. For detailed information please see Warning Changing Settings help section.
