How to Prepare Customer's Computer for Remote Servicing
To allow customers to redirect their USB devices to a technician, you need to deliver them the USB Redirector Technician Edition customer module. This can be done via download, e-mail or though other means. Customer must start the module on their computer and follow the provided instructions. It is important to note that customers must have administrator rights on their computer to be able to start the customer module.
