User Interface - Main Window
After starting the USB Redirector Technician Edition you can see its main window:
The window shows a list of remote customers currently connected to technician and their USB devices. Each USB device is displayed with a status icon. To manage the devices you can use corresponding items in the program menu or buttons on the toolbar.
