Updates Policy

Minor version updates for all our products (e.g. from version 6.0 to version 6.2, 6.3 and so on) are free. Major version updates (e.g. from version 6 to version 7) are payable with discount. We guarantee that each customer will get at least one free update. This means that if there were no minor version updates since your purchase and new major version comes out, you will get a free major version update.

Updates from previous major version cost only 30% of the current license price. Updates from older versions cost 50% of the current price.

If you already own a license for one of the previous major versions and wish to update to the latest one, please use online form to request an update.

USB Redirector Client Licensing

USB Redirector Client is free for connecting USB devices shared by USB Redirector on Windows. Commercial license is only required for connecting USB devices shared by USB Redirector for Linux.

Single license allows you to connect USB devices from a single Linux USB server. This means you should purchase as many licenses, as many Linux USB servers you have. USB server is a computer where USB devices are physically plugged in.

Because USB Redirector Client does not provide evaluation possibilities, you may use trial version of USB Redirector to evaluate Linux connectivity.
