Once you purchase a license by filling the on-line order form, the license key will be e-mailed to you immediately.

Updates Policy

Minor version updates for all our products (e.g. from version 6.0 to version 6.2, 6.3 and so on) are free. Major version updates (e.g. from version 6 to version 7) are payable with discount. We guarantee that each customer will get at least one free update. This means that if there were no minor version updates since your purchase and new major version comes out, you will get a free major version update.

Updates from previous major version cost only 30% of the current license price. Updates from older versions cost 50% of the current price.

If you already own a license for one of the previous major versions and wish to update to the latest one, please use online form to request an update.

USB Redirector Licensing

USB Redirector is licensed per USB server (USB server is a computer where USB devices are physically attached). You need to purchase a license for each computer that will act as USB server.

We provide a free USB Redirector Client app, so there is no need to purchase licenses for client computers. *Please note: USB Redirector Client is free when connecting USB devices shared by the Windows version of USB Redirector, but it is payable when used with USB Redirector for Linux.

The number of USB devices in a license shows how many devices you will be able to redirect at the same time.
